600 X 300 Denier PVC Backed Polyester  (Good)

600 Denier Polyester is a medium-weight polyester fabric. This versatile material has a durable 0.55mm vinyl embossed
backing, and is often used to make bags, luggage, indoor covers, and other custom cases.

1000 Denier Textured Nylon (Better)

Our 1000 Denier Textured Nylon is a heavy duty nylon fabric, finished with a clear polyurethane back coating and durable water repellant finish. A cost effective nylon fabric suitable for a variety of applications. Many types of luggage, sport and duffel bags, backpacks, briefcases, wallets, chairs, horse blankets, elevated pet beds, and various cases and covers are all manufactured from our tough 1000 Denier Nylon fabric.

1050 Denier Ballistic Nylon (Best)

Ballistic Nylon is a tough, synthetic fabric woven from INVISTA™ yarns. The basket weave of this ballistic nylon combined
with the resilient nature of the INVISTA™ yarns makes this 1050 Denier fabric the top-performing choice for rugged applications where durability and abrasion resistance are a high priority. Ballistic nylon is versatile and popular for a variety of rugged applications. Our ballistic nylon is the premium choice for manufacturing soft sided luggage, duffel bags, and apparel including safety vests and safety jackets. This fabric is also often utilized in manufacturing office furniture, tool belts, heavy duty protective covers, and a variety of custom applications.

Sunbrella (UV Resistant)

Sunbrella fabrics hold their vibrant color even with constant exposure to the sun, salt, and chlorine of harsh marine environments. Great for bags which are stored outside. Sunbrella is an excellent choice for awnings, Bimini tops, boat bags, scuba gear bags, fender (buoy) covers, outdoor seat covers, outdoor kitchen covers, grill covers, car top bags, and and any application where the final product will be exposed to harsh or outdoor environments.

Lining Fabrics

Most bags do not require lining, but we stock several lining fabrics for specialized needs. 

1/4 inch Foam

Foam lined bags can be made from any exterior fabric. 1/4" foam offers extra protection for heavy duty or fragile items. Foam lined bags have in interior lining  made from our 600/300 denier fabric. 

Fleece

Fleece lining (Black only) can be added to any bag for extra protection of delicate or easily scuffed items. 

PVC Liner

PVC liner is a  non-porous layer that can be added to bags for easy cleanup. This fabric is also suitable as a waterproofing layer, and forms the innermost layer of our custom cooler bags.
